Welcome to PERP
This website intends to develop a system to assign a quality rating to a programmers editor, hence the name "Programmers Editors Rating Project", or PERP for short. The project consists of the following steps:
- Create a list of programmers editors
- Create a list of features
- Assign points to each of the features
- Calculate the total score of each editor
Our data base currently contains 10 editors and 319 features (which are subdivided in 17 categories).
